TLR4/MyD88信号通路在癫痫调控中的研究进展
摘要
癫痫是一组由大脑神经元异常放电所引起的、以短暂性中枢神经系统功能失调为特征的慢性脑部疾病,具有反复发作的特点,是神经内科的常见病、多发病之一。流行病学资料显示,癫痫的年发病率为(50~70)/10万,年患病率约为5‰,全球癫痫患者有5000万,而我国现有癫痫患者900万^([1])。1969年WALKER首次提出癫痫发病的免疫学机制。
