教育公平视角下高中英语课堂互动中性别差异研究

摘要 教育公平是社会公平价值在教育领域的体现和延伸,教育公平的一个微观视角是课堂互动公平。公平和谐的课堂互动有助于教学质量的提高,有利于学生的全面发展。然而现实情况是课堂互动中存在性别不公现象。本文聚焦课堂互动中男女教师在与男女学生互动频次、互动内容、给予互动反馈中存在的差异,希冀在调查研究的基础上提出可行的改进对策。 Education equality is an embodiment and extension of the value of social equality, and one of its micro views is classroom interaction equality. Equal and harmonious classroom interactions can help improve the quality of teaching and promote students' all-round development. However, the reality is that the phenomenon of inequality in classroom interactions does exist. This paper focuses on the differences between male teachers and female teachers in classroom teacher-student interactions: the frequency of interaction, the content of interaction and the feedback of interaction, hoping to put forward some practical proposals to improve the equality of classroom interactions on the basis of investigations.
