Relationship between Plasma sST2 and Different Types of Heart Hailure

摘要 sST2是反映心肌重塑和心肌纤维化有关的新型生物学标志物之一,IL-33为其功能配体。sST2参与心力衰竭、冠心病和高血压病等心血管疾病的病理过程。近年研究认为血浆中sST2水平的生物变异率较低,可用于筛选心衰高危患者。并且发现sST2对射血分数保留型心衰的临床诊断价值优于NT-proBNP。现将有关血浆sST2与心衰患者的研究进展进行综述。 Soluble suppression of tumorigenicity 2(sST2)represe.nts a novel biomarker currently and has been suggested to play a role in cardiac remodeling and inflammatory signaling.Tnterleukin-33(IL-33) has recently been identified as the functional ligand of sST2.sST2 is involved in the pathological process of cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure, coronary heart disease and hypertension.Recent many studies have suggested that the biologic variability(BV) of plasma sST2 is significantly lower than that of the B-type natriuretic peptides(BNP)and N-terminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide(NT proBNP). sST2 can be used to screen high-risk patients with heart failure.sST2 is also superior to NT-praBNP in the diagnosis of heart failure with a preserved ejection fraction patients.The research progress of sST2 and heart failure is expounded.
