高职创新教育生态环境建构路径初探

Preliminary Exploration on Construction Route of Ecological Environment of Higher Vocational College Innovation Education

创新教育是构建国家创新体系的重要方面。当前,职业院校创新教育生态环境存在创新实践平台短缺、创新激励细则不明晰、教师创新教育能力欠佳、校园文化中创新特征不够鲜明等问题。探索创新教育的发展进路:营造良好的创新型校园文化,服务创新教育;打造"产教融合"平台,协同创新教育;建设"专兼结合"创新型师资队伍,奠定创新教育根基;"课赛融通、竞赛引领"学生开展创新实践,培养创新型人才。

Innovation education is an important aspect to construct the national innovation system.At present,there exist the problems of lack of innovation practice platform,unclear innovation initiative rules,poor innovation education ability of teachers and unclear innovation characteristics in campus culture etc. in the ecological environment of innovation education of vocational institutes. Under this background,we need to explore the way of developing innovation education,create a good innovation-oriented campus culture,serve innovation education,build a platform of＂combination of industry and education＂,collaborate in innovation education,construct an innovation-oriented teacher team of＂combining full time with part time＂,lay a foundation of innovation education and guide students to carry out innovation practice through＂teaching match and competition leading＂,so as to cultivate innovation-oriented talents.
