基于计量回归探究新医改对民营医院绩效的影响

Research on the Influence of New Medical Reform in China on Private Hospitals

鼓励社会资本办医是新医改以来的一大亮点,"十三五"规划和"健康中国2030"也明确提出要优化多元办医格局。新医改以来民营医院有了一定的发展,虽有较多研究阐述新医改对民营医院的影响,但多数是从理论角度或仅是简单比较分析,或是仅对民营医院单一指标做描述。本研究则旨在运用计量回归的方法定量探究新医改对民营医院综合绩效的影响,为今后社会办医的发展提供科学参考。

Encouraging the private capital investment in medical service is one of the most important methods of New Medical Reform in China.＂The 13 th Five-Year Plan＂and the＂Plan of Health China 2030＂both emphasis the importance of building a new medical service model of health from many aspects. Since the new medical reform was put into effect,the private hospitals have made some progress. Although many studies reported that the new medical reform has impact on private hospitals, almost of them just explore it by simple comparative analysis. Few published papers have illustrated it quantitatively. This study aims to explore the impact of new medical reform on the comprehensive performance of private hospitals by quantitative regression, in order to provide scientific references for relevant policy-making in the future.
