摘要
利用虚拟开发技术 ,对高速剪切设备的关键部件—剪切装置进行深入研究 .在建立必须且可行的虚拟开发环境的基础上 ,进行了产品分析和 CAD建模 ,确定了剪切部件虚拟开发的结构体系 ,设计了剪切部件的初步结构并进行虚拟装配 ,应用DVM技术 。
The key parts of shearing equipment of the rapid shearing mahine was deeply studied by means of virtual technology. On the basis of setting up the essential and proper environment of virtual developmeng our products were analyzed, CAD model was made and the structural system for developing shearing parts was built by virtual technology. At the same time, work out the primary structure of shearing parts were worked out and virtually assembled. Moreover, the movement and mechanics analyses were made by DVM technology.
