The Literature Review of Economic Theory of Intellectual Property Trading

知识产权交易已成为企业实践开放式创新过程中的关键影响因素。本文首先梳理了交易费用、委托代理、产权交换、信息不对称等和知识产权交易相关的经济理论;接着对现有的研究进行了简要的评述,辨明了知识产权交易的关键问题及其研究线索,以期为今后国内学者对知识产权交易的深入研究提供参考。

Intellectual property trading have become the key influencing factors of open innovation Firstly, this paper sort out the economic theory related to the intellectual property trading, such as transaction costs, principal-agent, exchange of property rights, information asymmetry and so on. Then it gives a brief review of the existing research, identified the key issues and research clues of intellectual property trading in order to provide reference for further research on intellectual property trading by domestic scholars in the future.
