根据知识的不用分类属性,提出医院知识管理信息流动模型。以该模型为基础,就医院如何高效进行知识管理提出一些可行的意见和建议,包括构建专家数据库、引入大数据挖掘、增强部门内外交流、加强多学科交叉研究等方面。

The paper puts forward the information flowing model for hospital knowledge management according to the different classification attributes of knowledge, and based on this model, givs some feasible opinions and recommendations on how hospitals can carry out efficient knowledge management, such as building expert datasets, introducing big data mining, enhancing internal and external communication of departments, and strengthening multi-disciplinary crossover studies, etc.
