BSID-Ⅲ筛查测试在上海地区使用信度的初步研究

目的初步评价贝利婴幼儿筛查测试量表第三版(BSID-Ⅲ)筛查测试在上海地区婴幼儿中的使用信度,分析其在我国应用的可行性。方法翻译、回译BSID-Ⅲ筛查测试,随机抽取2017年1至4月上海市某区16天~24月龄15天婴幼儿共2 784名进行测试,采用Cronbachα系数来确定每个项目和项目总的相关性的内部一致性信度,采用组内相关系数(ICC)对BSID-Ⅲ筛查测试的测试者间信度进行分析。结果 BSID-Ⅲ筛查测试总体Cronbachα系数为0.981(P<0.01),各个分量表的Cronbachα系数>0.9,Guttman分半系数为0.963,具有非常好的内部一致性信度;认知能力、语言理解、精细运动和大运动4个分量表的ICC>0.8,具有较好的外部信度,语言表达分量表ICC为0.560,外部信度尚可。结论 BSID-Ⅲ筛查测试在我国引进具有较好的可行性,但若需推广使用还需进一步研究和修订。

Objective To preliminarily evaluate the reliability of Bayley Scale of Infant Development-3 rd Edition（BSID-Ⅲ）screening test in infants from Shanghai and to analyze its application feasibility in China.Methods BSID-Ⅲ screening test was translated into Chinese and back translated into English.A total of 2 784 infants aged 16 days to 24 month and 15 days and randomly selected from a district of Shanghai from January to April in 2017 were tested.Internal consistency between each subscale and overall test was determined by Cronbachαcoefficient.Inter-rater reliability of testers receiving BSID-Ⅲ screening test was analyzed by intra-class correlation coefficient（ICC）.Results Overall BSID-Ⅲ screening test Cronbachαcoefficient was 0.981（P〈0.01）and Cronbachαcoefficients of five subscales were all above 0.9,and Guttman split half reliability coefficient was 0.963,suggesting an excellent internal reliability.ICC of cognitive ability,language understanding,fine motor and gross motor subscales were above 0.8,suggesting agood external reliability.ICC of language performance was 0.560,which showed moderate external reliability.ConclusionIntroduction of BSID-Ⅲ screening test in China is feasible,however,further research and revision is needed for its popularization.
