妊娠期女性血清铁蛋白及维生素D的营养状况调查

An investigation on serum ferritin and vitamin D status in pregnant women

目的调查妊娠期女性血清铁蛋白(SF)和25羟基维生素D(25OHD)的营养状况。方法回顾分析2016年1至12月期间,于宁波市第一医院就诊的565例妊娠女性作为观察组,421例育龄期未妊娠妇女为对照组,采用化学发光免疫法分别检测血清铁蛋白和25羟基维生素D的含量。结果妊娠组SF和25OHD的含量随着孕周增加逐渐下降。妊娠组SF的含量明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=9.345,P<0.05);对照组和妊娠组的25OHD含量均低于正常标准,而妊娠组的25OHD含量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.392,P<0.05)。结论联合检测SF和25OHD,为妊娠女性的健康及胎儿的生长发育提供科学的营养指导。

Objective To investigate the nutrition status of serum ferritin（SF）and 25-hydroxy vitamin D（25 OHD）in pregnant women.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 565 pregnant women in observation group and 421 childbearing healthy women in control group visiting Ningbo First Hospital from January to December in 2016.Chemiluminescence immunoassay was applied to detect SF and 25 OHD levels in cases.Results Both SF and 25 OHD levels in pregnancy group were gradually decreased with the continuance of gestation,and the level of SF in pregnancy group was lower than that in the control group with statistical significant difference（t=9.345,P〈0.05）.The levels of 25 OHD both in pregnancy and control group were lower than those of reference standard,while the level of 25 OHD in pregnancy group was statistically higher than the control group（t=3.392,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Detection of SF and 25 OHD in pregnant women is helpful to give scientific nutrition guide for maternal and neonatal safety.
