儿童用药现状和药品说明书完善情况调查

Investigation of children's medication status and perfection situation of drug instructions

目的探讨义乌市中心医院儿童用药情况及常用药品说明书内容的完善情况。方法收集2017年5月15日义乌中心医院药剂科180例门诊儿科处方,对处方中的常用药品进行统计,搜集并详阅儿童常用药品说明书,分析院内儿童用药情况及药品说明书相关内容的完善情况。结果 180例门诊儿科处方中,共包括57份药品说明书,其中无儿童用药信息相关提示5份(8.77%),有儿童用药信息相关提示52份(91.23%)。180例门诊儿科处方中,不合理处方41例(22.78%),合理处方139例(77.22%)。结论义乌市中心医院门诊儿科尚存在儿童使用成人药品的现象,并且药品说明书相关提示信息尚未完善,今后有待管理及完善,加强儿童安全用药。

Objective To explore children＇s medication status in Yiwu Central Hospital and the perfection situation of drug instructions.Methods Data of 180 pediatric outpatient prescriptions were collected from department of pharmacy of Yiwu Central Hospital.Statistics of common drugs in the prescriptions was made.Drug instructions were collected and reviewed.Children＇s medication in hospital and perfection situation of drug instructions were analyzed.Results Altogether 57 drug instructions were included in 180 pediatric outpatient prescriptions,among which 5 instructions（8.77%）had no information for drug use in children and 52（91.23%）had information for drug use in children.There were 41 unreasonable prescriptions（22.78%）and 139 reasonable prescriptions（77.22%）in 180 pediatric outpatient prescriptions.Conclusion Children＇s medication of adult drugs exists in pediatric outpatient department of Yiwu Central Hospital,and information of drug instructions is sometimes incomplete,which needs to be managed and improved to strengthen children＇s medication safety.
