摘要
臁疮是临床上常见的下肢溃疡,以病程长,易反复发作,经久不愈为特点,严重影响患者的生活质量。徐旭英教授在辨治臁疮方面积累了丰富的临床经验,指出"虚"是臁疮的根本病因,"湿""瘀"为标,发病过程中湿瘀虚此消彼长,共同存在。将臁疮分为急性期、慢性缓解期、慢性迁延期,总结出"分期辨治法",配合中医特色外用药,内外兼治。文章对此归纳总结,以资临床借鉴。
Ecthyma refers to ulcer of lower limbs,commonly seen in clinic,manifested as long duration of sickness,repeated attacks and difficulty in treatment. It seriously affects the living quality of patients.Prof. Xu Xuying accumulated rich experiences in the clinical treatment of ecthyma based on differentiation in TCM. He points out that the deficiency is the root cause,and damp and stasis are the symptoms. In the occurrence,damp,stasis and deficiency are mutually existed. Ecthyma is divided into acute stage,chronic remission stage and chronic persistent stage. The treatment is given in stages and based on syndrome differentiation in TCM. Both the external application and internal administration of Chinese herbal medicines are used. In the paper,the experiences on the treatment of this disease were summarized for the clinical references.
