具有台阶密封面油套管接头力学性能有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 以具有台阶密封面结构的锥形油套管接头为研究对象,以美国石油学会(API)圆螺纹套管接头为例,通过有限元分析计算,研究了锥螺纹联接上扣拧紧时,拧紧圈数和密封面初始间隙对密封面上挤压力、螺纹轴向力和轴向累计弹性变形量的影响规律.结果表明:在密封面初始间隙一定的条件下,螺纹接头拧紧圈数增大使密封面上挤压力、螺纹轴向力和轴向累计弹性变形量增大;当拧紧圈数相同时,密封面初始间隙越小,密封面上挤压力、螺纹轴向力和轴向累计弹性变形量越大. In this paper,the tubing and casing conical threaded connection with a sealing shoulder face is taken as the research object.An API conical casing threaded connection is taken as the sample and the influences of the tightening cycle and initial sealing clearance on the extrusion force on the sealing face,the axial load and the accumulative axial elastic deformation of each thread are calculated and modeled by finite element analysis.The results show that the extrusion force on the sealing face,the axial load and the accumulative axial elastic elongation(compression)variation of each thread will increase with the increase of the tightening cycle under a certain initial seal clearance.Under the same tightening cycle,a smaller initial sealing clearance can lead to larger the extrusion force on the sealing face,the axial load and the accumulative axial elastic elongation(compression)variation of each thread.
