吴氏蒸脐法配合耳穴贴压治疗原发性痛经60例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 60 Cases of Primary Dysmenorrhea Treated with Wu's Umbilicus Steaming Method and Auricular Point Plaster Therapy

目的观察吴氏蒸脐法配合耳穴贴压治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选取原发性痛经患者180例,随机分为治疗组、中药组和针刺组,每组60例。治疗组给予吴氏蒸脐法配合耳穴贴压治疗;中药组给予少腹逐瘀颗粒口服治疗;针刺组给予常规针刺治疗。治疗3个疗程后观察3组患者治疗前后患者痛经症状、疼痛程度、中医症候积分的变化,统计其临床疗效。结果治疗后治疗组、中药组、针刺组临床疗效总有效率分别为95.00%、76.67%、78.33%,治疗组与中药组、针刺组分别比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3组在痛经症状、疼痛程度、中医症候积分方面与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组在痛经症状、疼痛程度、中医症候积分方面与中药组、针刺组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吴氏蒸脐法配合耳穴贴压能够有效地缓解原发性痛经患者的痛经症状、中医症候,临床疗效优于中药组和针刺组,值得进一步临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects primary dysmenorrhea treated with Wu＇s umbilicus steaming method and auricular point plaster therapy. Methods A total of 180 patients of primary dysmenorrheal were randomized into a treatment group,an herbal medicine group and an acupuncture group,60 cases in each one. In the treatment group,the Wu＇s umbilicus steaming method and auricular point plaster therapy were used. In the herbal medicine group,shaofu zhuyu granules were given for oral administration. In the acupuncture group,the routine acupuncture therapy was applied. In 8 weeks of treatment,the changes in the symptoms of dysmenorrheal,pain severity and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were analyzed statistically. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95. 00% in the treatment group,76. 67% in the herbal medicine group and 78. 33% in the acupuncture group,indicating the significant differences in comparison of the treatment group with the herbal medicine group or the acupuncture group（ P〈0. 05）. In 3 months after treatment,the differences in the symptoms of dysmenorrheal,pain severity and TCM syndrome score were significant as compared with those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,these results in the treatment group were different significantly as compared with the herbal medicine group or the acupuncture group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of Wu＇s umbilicus steaming method and auricular point plaster therapy effectively relieves the symptoms of dysmenorrheal and the clinical therapeutic effects are better than the herbal medicine and acupuncture. Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
