摘要
介绍了出口澳大利亚矿用窄轨机车车轮的主要设计参数.为保证其行车安全,参照EN13979规范中的计算方法和UIC510-5规范中的疲劳强度校核方法,分别对车轮进行了静强度计算与疲劳强度分析.结果表明,所截取车轮截面其静强度与疲劳强度满足强度设计要求.其中,车轮最大等效应力位于过盈配合面内侧边缘,车轮最大动应力位于车轮轮辐内侧.计算结果与车轮实际所测裂纹出现位置相符合,故该方法具有一定的工程应用价值.
The main design parameters of wheel of mine narrow-rail locomotive which export to Australia are introduced. In order to guarantee its safety, calculate the static strength and fatigue strength of the wheel respectively with reference to the calculation method presented in standard UIC510-5 and EN13979. The results show that the static strength and fatigue strength of the selected wheel section meet with the requirement of strength design. Among them, the maximum equivalent stress of the wheel is on the inside edge of interference fit surface, the maximum dynamic stress locate in the inside of wheel disk. The calculation result is consistent with the crack location actually measured. Therefore, the method has a high engineering application value.
