离散单元法在制砂机成砂率提升研究中的应用

摘要 针对冲击破碎机械特点,采用离散单元法,结合ProE三维设计与EDEM离散元仿真,对制砂机中粒子流仿真、分析,研究其在制砂机内部的运动规律,研究制砂机转子、砧铁某些关键结构参数的变化对粒子仿真数据的影响,从而实现达到优化制砂机结构,提升制砂机成砂率的目的.在研究成果基础上,研发出新型制砂机,试验验证40mm连续级配石灰石入料、底层筛网2.8mm孔径条件下,成砂率提升到33%,出砂率达到54%,且粒型优秀,成品砂的细度模数为2.7左右,级配曲线处于中砂二区,在行业内达到先进水平. Considering the characteristic of the impact crusher machines, the motion law of the particle flow is got by our research,we also can get the impact to the particle simulation data by changing the key structure parameters such as rotor and anvil of the sand making machine, eventually the structure of sand making machine is optimized, the sand ratio is increased. The test used by new produced sand making machine shows that: under the conditions in which the material is 40 mm continuously graded limestone and the size of the bottom screen is 2.8 mm, the sand ratio has risen to 33 % and sand production ratio has increased to 54 %, the fineness modulus is about 2.7, the grading curve is in the second area of the medium sand, which has reached the advanced level of the industry.
