摘要
涡旋动盘与静盘是涡旋压缩机的关键零件,其装配涉及多项质量参数,是整机装配中的关键和难点。首先对涡旋动静盘的装配特征进行分析,建立了基于方差模式的径向和轴向间隙波动最小及不匹配率最低的多目标装配质量综合评定函数,以进一步减少波动对装配质量的影响;然后设计了采用遗传算法的计算机辅助选择装配方法,实验结果与互换法进行了比较,验证了该方法能够解决涡旋动静盘多质量参数的装配,并有效实现了径向间隙和轴向间隙的波动最小,使不匹配率最低。
Scroll plates are the key parts of scroll compressor,and its assembly is critical and difficult to the whole assembly of machine,which involves a number of quality parameters.To reduce the impact of fluctuations on assembly quality,the assembly characteristics of scroll plates was analyzed,and a multi-objective integrated evaluation function for the minimum of radial and axial clearance and minimum mismatch rate was established,based on variance model.The computer aided selective assembly method based on genetic algorithm was designed.The experimental results were compared with the complete exchange method,and the result showed that the proposed method could solve the problem of scroll plate's assembly with multiple quality characteristic,and realize the minimum fluctuation of both radial clearance and axial clearance as well as minimize the surplus components.
