2015年～2017年郑州市无偿献血征询不合格原因分析

Analysis of the Causes of Unqualified the Unpaid Blood Donation in Zhengzhou from 2015 to 2017

目的分析郑州市2015年~2017年无偿献血征询不合格原因。方法对郑州市2015年~2017年街头无偿献血者献血前询证不合格原因进行分析。结果在随机抽取的187900份健康征询表中,有16535份因征询不合格而淘汰,占总人次8.80%,而从征询不合格原因看,主要与既往病史有关,其中,传染病淘汰比例最高。结论在无偿献血前,需要对献血者做好健康征询工作,在确保献血者健康的同时,也提升了临床用血的安全性,降低血液报废率,以免造成血液资源的浪费。

Objective To explore the unpaid blood donation for unqualified reason.Methods The city streets in 2015-2015 unpaid blood donors blood donation confirmation before the unqualified reason was analyzed,and on this basis, the distribution of healthy blood donors.Results Health consult table in a random sample of 187900,16535 for consultation was unqualified, accounted for8.80% of total passengers and look from consult unqualified reasons, mainly related to medical history, which eliminated the highest proportion of infectious diseases.Conclusion Before the unpaid blood donation, need keep health consultation work of blood donors,in ensuring the health of blood donors at the same time, also enhanced the safety of clinical blood use,reduce scrap rate of blood, lest cause blood to the waste of resources.
