孟鲁司特对小儿轻度哮喘炎性因子及临床症状的影响

Effect of Montelukast on Inflammatory Factors and Clinical Symptoms in Children with Mild Asthma

目的探究轻度哮喘小儿患者临床以孟鲁司特治疗,其临床症状改善以及血清炎性因子水平变化情况。方法以2013年7月~2016年5月我院门诊部门收治的124例轻度哮喘小儿患者为研究对象,按就诊号末位数字单双数将患者分为一般组(双数)、观察组(单数),各62例。患儿入院后在常规治疗基础上一般组用药异丙托溴铵,观察组加用孟鲁司特,观察用药后患儿症状改善,检测治疗前后患者血清炎性因子水平变化情况。结果观察组较一般组住院时间短、咳嗽消失用时少、疾病发作次数少(P<0.05);入院疗时炎性因子水平组间比较差别无意义(P>0.05),用药后且观察组TNF-α、IL-4、IL-8水平改善效果优于一般组(P<0.05)。结论综上所述,轻度哮喘小儿患者临床以孟鲁司特治疗,能改善患者气道炎性反应,促进患儿康复。

Objective To investigate the patients with mild asthma treated with montelukast, the improvement of clinical symptoms and the changes of serum inflammatory factors.Methods 124 cases of pediatric patients with mild asthma admitted to outpatient department in our hospital from July 2013 to May 2015 were served as the research object with normal group（odd number）and observation group（odd） divided according to the final clinical numbers with 62 cases in each group. After being admitted to hospital, the patients of the normal group used ipratropium bromide on the basis of conventional treatment and the patients of the observation group used montelukast to observe the symptom improvement of child patients after meditation and to check the changes of serum inflammatory factor levels in patients before and after treatment.Results Compared with the general group, the observation group had shorter length of hospital stay, less time for cough disappearance and fewer episodes of disease（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the level of inflammatory factors between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the level of TNF-alpha, IL-4 and IL-8 in the observation group was better than that in the general group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion To sum up, the clinical treatment of montelukast in children with mild asthma can improve airway inflammation reaction and promote the recovery of child patients.
