鼻内镜下激光、微波和电凝治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床效果分析

Laser,Microwave and Endoscopic Electric Coagulation Analysis of Clinical Effect for the Treatment of Refractory Nasal Bleeding

目的研究鼻内镜下激光、微波和电凝治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床效果。方法选取2014年10月~2016年10月我院接收的108例顽固性鼻出血患者临床资料进行详细研究,因医治方法的不同可分为三组,其中激光组、微波组以及电凝组各36例,并比对三组生存质量评分、临床疗效指标、并发症状况。结果电凝组生存质量评分、临床疗效指标较激光组与微波组优,而微波组生存质量评分、临床疗效指标较激光组优,对比具有显著性差异(P<0.05);微波组与电凝组的并发症总发生率对比(P>0.05),而激光组的并发症总发生率较微波组与电凝组高(P<0.05)。结论顽固性鼻出血患者行电凝法医治可缩短鼻腔恢复通气、鼻腔黏膜恢复所用的时间,提高生存质量,降低并发症总发生率。

Objective To study the nasal endoscopic laser, microwave ical effect for the treatment of refractory nasal bleeding.Methods 2016, the hospital received 108 cases of refractory nasal bl detail research, due to the difference of medical treatment eeding and electric coagulation clin- October 2014 in October in patients with clinical data in .can be divided into three groups, in- cluding laser and microwave group,and electric coagulation group 36 cases,and compare three sets of quality of life score,clinical curative effect and complications.Results Quality of life score electric coagulation group,the clinical curative effect the laser, and microwave group, and mi- crowave group survival quality score,clinical curative effect the laser group, compareddifference （P〈0.05）;Microwave group compared with the total incidence of complications of electric coagula- tion group （P〉0.05）,and the incidences of complications in total to laser is high microwave with electric coagulation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with refractory nasal bleeding electrocoagu, lation treatment can shorten the nasal ventilation,nasal mucosa recovery time, improve the quality of survival, reduce the incidence of complications in total.
