海洋来源塔宾曲霉LWG-42菌株的鉴定及其抗氧化活性化合物的分离 被引量:9

摘要 鉴定1株具有抗氧化活性的海洋真菌LWG-42菌株,分离鉴定其抗氧化活性化合物。通过形态学特征和ITS序列分析对菌株LWG-42进行鉴定;利用DPPH自由基清除试验测定抗氧化活性,通过溶剂萃取和柱层析分离LWG-42菌株产生的抗氧化活性化合物;通过化合物的波谱特征鉴定其结构。菌株LWG-42被鉴定为塔宾曲霉(Aspergillus tubingensis);从其发酵产物中分离得到2个化合物aurasperone A和aurasperone B,aurasperone A、B清除DPPH自由基的EC50值分别为0.18和0.11 mg/m L。实验结果为进一步开发这两个化合物在药品、化妆品和食品工业中的应用提供了参考。 A marine fungal strain LWG-42 with antioxidant activity and was isolated,and its antioxidant compounds were isolated and identified. The strain LWG-42 was identified based on its morphological features and internal transcribed spacer(ITS) sequence analysis. The DPPH(1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl) free radical scavenging assay was used to determine its antioxidant activity,and the active compounds produced by strain LWG-42 were bioassayguided isolated and purified by solvent extraction and column chromatography from the culture broth of the strain LWG-42. The structure of the compounds was identified based on spectral characteristics'. The results showed that LWG-42 was identified as Aspergillus tubingensis. Two compounds from fermented products were aurasperone A and aurasperone B isolated and obtained. And the DPPH radical scavenging activities EC50 values of aurasperone A and B were respectively at 0. 18 and 0. 11 mg/mL. The experimental results provided the foundations to further develop the applications of aurasperone A and B in pharmacy,cosmetic,and food industries.
