化工专业应用技术型本科生就业能力培养的思考——以上海应用技术大学为例

The Thoughts on Cultivating Employment Capabilities of Application-oriented Technology Talents in Chemical Engineering Major——Taking Shanghai Institute of Technology as an Example

国务院《关于加快发展职业教育的决定》中明确提出,要引导一批普通本科高校向应用型高校转型,加快发展现代职业教育,以就业为导向,重点提升青年就业能力。本文以上海应用技术大学为例,通过对在校生、毕业生和企业进行调研,分析了化工专业应用技术型本科生的就业能力现状,根据调研结果,并结合化工专业高水平、高素质应用技术型本科生的培养特点和要求,提出通过打造"应用技术"特色校园文化、塑造优良学风、构建全员育人的体系、增强学生的实践锻炼来提升化工专业应用技术型本科生的就业能力。

The Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education clearly proposes the transformation of ordinary institutions of higher learning into application-oriented institutions and to accelerate the development of modern vocational education.We need to pay attention to improving young people＇s employment abilities oriented by employment.In this paper,we take Shanghai Institute of Technology as an example,analyzing the current employment of application-oriented technology talents in the Chemical Engineering major through researching the undergraduate,graduates and other enterprises.According to the research results and the combination of the cultivating characteristics and requirements featuring the high-level and high-quality application-oriented technology in the Chemical Engineering major,we propose through building a unique school culture featuring application and technology,cultivating good style of study,constructing an all-round education structure and strengthening students＇ practice experience to improve their employment capabilities in this major.
