摘要
教学基本功竞赛是促进青年教师教学能力提升的重要途径。笔者对参与高校青年教师教学基本功竞赛进行了反思,指出了青年教师自身的优势和不足;重申了教学竞赛的意义;分析了高校教学竞赛制度及赛后经验推广方面存在的问题,并提出了提升青年教师教学能力的建议。
It is an important way to promote the teaching ability of young teachers by participating in the contest activities of teaching basic skills.The author reflects on the contest activities and points out the characteristics of the young teachers.The significance of the teaching competition is reiterated.The teaching competition system and the experience promotion after the competition is analyzed in terms of problems,and some suggestions are put forward to improve young teachers＇ teaching ability.
