摘要
"食品科学导论"是食品卫生与营养学专业的学科基础课。在教学实践中通过对课程的教学内容、教学模式、教学方法等的探索,将混合式教学和案例式教学有机融合,学生学习的兴趣和分析解决实际问题的能力有了明显的提高,实现教与学的双赢。
The Introduction to Food Science is a basic course in the speciality of food hygiene and nutrition. Through the exploration into the teaching content, teaching mode and teaching method in the teaching practice of this course, we argue that once we have an organic integration of blended teaching and case-based teaching, the students' learning interest and ability to analyze and solve has been remarkably improved so as to realize the goal of win-win situation of both teaching and learning.
