In the era of rapid development of science and technology and economy, collaborative innovation has become the core of the development of the times. Colleges and universities undertake the cultivation of innovation spirit and innovation ability of the mission. Tea Science discipline of our university is the advantage of the traditional disciplines. Some explorations have been done in the training of personnel. The necessity of research collaborative innovation ability cultivation model and training program on tea graduate students were elaborated.
