摘要
选取江西省125名农村幼儿园教师为研究对象,借鉴艺术表现的"微视角",选取典型幼儿游戏案例,收集研究对象关于游戏案例的观点,探求农村幼儿园教师游戏方面专业水平"实然"状况。结果发现,江西省农村幼儿园教师在幼儿游戏方面专业发展缺失严重,在幼儿游戏专业知识及专业能力方面都存在培训需求。为此,建议在农村幼儿园教师职后培训中应重视游戏,要将其列入重要的培训专题;应着重对游戏基础知识的普及;应加强游戏环境创设及游戏指导能力的实训。
We took 125 rural kindergarten teachers from Jiangxi Province as the target and selected a number of typical infant game cases. Taking the " micro-perspective" theory of artistic representation, we collected the targets" opinions toward the cases and then investigated the real situation of rural kindergarten teachers in game-based teaching. It is found that rural kindergarten teachers in Jiangxi have serious defects in infant game-based teaching, who need training of knowledge and competence in this respect, Our study is helpful to improving the specificity of kindergarten teacher training.
