ICU患者的睡眠情况调查及其影响因素分析

Investigation of Sleep Condition in ICU Patients and Analysis of its Influential Factors

目的:调查分析ICU患者的睡眠质量及其影响因素。方法:对我院2015年6月~2017年6月ICU病房接收的98例住院患者的睡眠质量及其影响因素进行调查分析。结果:调查显示,98例ICU患者中睡眠质量好、一般及差分别占据9.18%、71.43%、19.39%,其睡眠质量平均总分为(47.76±22.84)分;睡眠质量不佳的影响因素从高到低依次为环境因素、疾病因素、心理因素、药物因素及护理因素,分别占据23.60%、21.35%、20.22%、17.98%及16.85%。结论:ICU患者的睡眠质量不容乐观,大多患者都存在着一定程度的睡眠问题,了解ICU睡眠质量的影响因素并及时给予预防干预至关重要。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the quality of sleep in ICU patients and its influential factors. Methods： The quality of sleep and its influencing factors in 98 inpatients admitted to ICU ward in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were investigated. Results： The survey showed that 98 cases of ICU patients with good,general and poor sleep quality respectively accounted for 9. 18%,71. 43%,19. 39%,the average total sleep quality score was（ 47. 76 ± 22. 84） points; the influencing factors of poor quality of sleep from high to low were environmental factors,disease factors,psychological factors,drug factors and nursing factors,and which were occupying 23. 60%,21. 35%,20. 22%,17. 98% and 16. 85% respectively. Conclusion： The quality of sleep in ICU patients is not optimistic. Most patients have a certain degree of sleep problems. It is very important to understand the factors that affect the quality of sleep in ICU and to provide timely preventive intervention.
