伴过敏性鼻炎的鼾症病患儿手术联合舌下含服免疫治疗的效果及对患儿睡眠质量影响的观察

The Effect of Operation Combined with Sublingual Immunotherapy on Snoring Children with Allergic Rhinitis and the Effect on Their Sleep Quality

目的:观察和探究对伴过敏性鼻炎的鼾症病患儿采用手术联合舌下含服免疫治疗的总体效果以及对患儿睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择我院自2015年5月至2016年5月收治的70例伴过敏性鼻炎的鼾症病患儿作为研究对象,将其平均分成对照组和研究组,每组35例,对照组采用单纯的手术治疗,研究组采用手术联合舌下含服免疫治疗,比较2组患儿治疗前后的鼻部症状评分、打鼾症状评分、治疗的总有效率、不良反应发生率及ASHQ睡眠因子。结果:2组患儿治疗前的鼻部症状评分、打鼾症状评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患儿的鼻部症状评分、打鼾症状评分、不良反应发生率及各项ASHQ睡眠因子均明显低于对照组,研究组患儿治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,2组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对伴过敏性鼻炎的鼾症病患儿采用手术联合舌下含服免疫治疗,不仅能有效改善患儿的鼻部不适和打鼾症状和提高患儿的睡眠质量,同时还能有效降低患儿治疗期间的不良反应发生率,因此其是一组安全、高效的手术联合药物治疗方案。

Objective： To observe and explore the overall effect of operation combined with sublingual immunotherapy on snoring children with allergic rhinitis and the effect on their sleep quality. Methods： A total of 70 children with snoring disease with allergic rhinitis admitted from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group,,with 35 cases in each group. Control group using simple surgical treatment,the study group was treated with sublingual immunotherapy. The nasal symptom scores,snoring symptom scores,total effective rate of treatment,incidence of adverse reactions and ASHQ sleep factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： There was no significant difference in nasal symptom scores and snoring symptom scores between the two groups before treatment（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the scores of nasal symptoms,snoring symptoms,the incidence of adverse reactions,Term ASHQ sleep factor were significantly lower than the control group,the total effective rate of treatment of children in study group was significantly higher than the control group,significant difference between the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of children with snoring disease with allergic rhinitis by operation combined with sublingual immunotherapy not only can effectively improve children＇s nasal discomfort and snoring symptoms and improve children＇s sleep quality,but also can effectively reduce the risk of adverse reactions during treatment,so it is a safe and efficient surgical combination therapy.
