摘要
太极拳是一种融合中国传统文化的拳术,国内外大量的研究表明太极拳对失眠有着很好的改善及治疗作用,具有很高的临床应用价值。本文通过对失眠的病因病机、太极拳平衡阴阳、调和营卫、疏通经络等相关理论的探讨及分析,为太极拳干预失眠及其推广提供充分的理论依据,以期使太极拳能够更好的应用于失眠等慢性疾病的治疗或干预中。
Taijiquan is a fusion of traditional culture Chinese boxing. A large number of studies at home and abroad have shown that Taijiquan has a good improvement and therapeutic effect on insomnia,which has a very high value of Medicine. This paper discusses and analyzes the related theories of the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia,and the effect of Taijiquan in balancing yin and Yang,harmonizing the camp and guard,dredging the channels and collaterals,which will provide sufficient theoretical basis for Taijiquan in the treatment of insomnia and promote its popularization. It is expected to make Taijiquan better applied to the recovery of chronic diseases such as insomnia.
