慢跑运动对睡眠障碍大学生认知功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨慢跑运动对睡眠障碍大学生认知功能的影响。方法:采用方便抽样法将符合纳入标准的60名睡眠障碍大学生随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。对照组不采取任何干预措施,干预组给予慢跑训练。分别于干预前、干预后2周,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数和事件相关电位P300对认知功能进行客观评价。结果:与对照组相比,干预后干预组睡眠质量、日间功能和睡眠质量指数显著提高,睡眠效率提高,睡眠障碍状况明显好转。干预后,干预组Pz、Cz位点的潜伏期缩短,波幅增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组相比,干预后干预组Pz、Cz位点的潜伏期显著缩短,波幅显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:慢跑有助于改善睡眠障碍大学生的认知功能。 Objective: To explore the effect of jogging sports on the cognition of college students with sleep disorders. Methods: A total of 60 cases college students with sleep disorders who were conform to the delivery standard were divided into intervention group and control group by convenience drawing method,30 cases were for each group. The control group did not take any intervention,and intervention group were treated with jogging sports. The cognition were objectively evaluated by pittsburgh sleep quality index and event-related potential P300 before intervention and 2 weeks after intervention. Results: Compared with control group,the sleep quality,daily function and sleep quality index increased significantly of intervention group after intervention,the sleep efficiency enhanced and the sleep disorder situation improved. The incubation of Pz,Cz locus of intervention group shortened,the volatility increased,and the difference had statistical significance( P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 01). Compared with control group,the incubation of Pz,Cz locus of intervention group shortened,the volatility increased,and the difference had statistical significance( P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 01).Conclusion: Jogging sports can contribute to the improvement of cognition of college students with sleep disorders.
