摘要
为研究公务员工作繁荣对职业倦怠的影响过程和作用机制,以410份公务员填写的有效调查问卷为基础,运用层次回归分析方法构建模型,Bootstrap进行中介效应检验。结果表明:公务员工作繁荣对职业倦怠有显著负向影响;公务员工作繁荣对心理健康有显著正向影响;公务员心理健康对职业倦怠有显著负向影响;公务员心理健康在工作繁荣和职业倦怠之间具有中介作用。
In order to study the effect and mechanism of civil servant' s thriving at work on the job burnout, this study used the hierarchical regression analysis method to build the model and the Bootstrap to perform the mediation effect test based on the effective questionnaire of 410 civil servants. Results show that : civil servant' s thriving at work has a significantly negative impact on job burnout ; civil servant' s thriving at work has a significantly positive impact on mental health; civil servant' s mental health has a significantly negative impact on job burnout; civil servant' s mental health has a mediating role between thriving at work and job burnout.
