摘要
为有效规范发泡木塑复合材料中偶氮二甲酰胺的使用,本文建立了微波辅助萃取气相色谱质谱法测定甲酰胺的分析方法,并考察了萃取溶剂对试验体系的影响。结果表明,采用丙酮为萃取溶剂,70℃下萃取30 min,利用选择离子扫描,甲酰胺在0.01~1.0 mg/L线性范围内质量浓度与响应值呈现良好的线性关系,加标回收率为98%~116%,相对标准偏差2.4%~6.2%,该方法操作简单,提取效果较好,能够有效的检测发泡木塑复合材料中甲酰胺释放量。
In order to administrate effectively the using of azodicarbonamide in foaming wood plastic composites,we established determination method of formamide release using gas chromatographic mass spectrometry combined with microwave assisted extraction.We also discussed the influence of extraction solvent.The result indicates that the optimal conditions were as follows:extraction solvent:acetone,extraction temperature:70℃,extraction time:30 min.Under the optimal conditions,the calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.01-1.0 mg/L,the recovery distributed in the range of 98-116%,the RSD distributed in the range of 2.4-6.2%.The method is effective in determining the formamide release in foaming wood plastic composites,easily to operate and has a preferable extracting effect.
