摘要
以粉葛为原料,采用单因子及正交试验的方法,研究制备粉葛多糖的主要工艺条件(复合酶的量,pH值,温度,时间)。结果表明,粉葛多糖制的工艺条件为:复合酶的量为0.16%,温度30℃,时间100 min,pH值为6.0,这4个因素对于粉葛多糖作用的大小依次为:复合酶量>温度>时间>pH值。水解溶液中粉葛多糖含量为894 mg/100 ml。
Taking kudzu as raw material,using the method of single factor and orthogonal test,the main process conditions of preparation of kudzu polysaccharide(enzyme amount,pH value,temperature,time).The results show that the process conditions of kudzu polysaccharides were as follows:composite enzyme amount was 0.16%,temperature 30,time100 min,pH value is 6,the size of the 4 factors for the effect of Pueraria polysaccharide were:composite enzyme dosage〉temperature〉time〉pH.The content of polysaccharide in hydrolyzed solution was 894 mg/100 ml.
