充分依托首都科技条件平台实验室成员优势,利用现有检测设备和先进技术,开展包括规范化验评体系建立、验评专家数据库、具体仪器验评和验评实验室建立等工作,提升检测实验室检测评价水平,提高国产科学仪器性能指标,加快国产科学仪器普及推广效率,拓展国产科学仪器应用领域,促进国产检测仪器设备成果转化,增强国产仪器设备生产企业自主创新能力。

We should fully use the advantages of science and technology platforms at the capital and use the existing detection equipment and advanced technology to carry out the further development of existing systems. To further improve the atmosphere for independent innovation,we need establish standard laboratory evaluation system,experts database,equipment assessment and testing laboratories.The goals are improving the detection level of testing laboratory,enhancing the performance of domestic scientific equipments,speeding up the popularization of domestic scientific equipments,expanding the application of domestic scientific equipments and enhance the capability of independent innovation of domestic equipment manufacturing.
