NaA/TiO_2复合材料的制备及光催化性能的研究

摘要 以NaA、硫酸氧钛为原料,采用水热合成方法制备了NaA/TiO_2复合材料.以甲基橙为模拟污染物,研究了NaA/TiO_2的光催化性能,考察了NaA/TiO_2质量比、NaA/TiO_2的投加量和pH值对甲基橙的光催化降解效果.结果表明,当NaA/TiO_2质量比为1∶5、NaA/TiO_2的投加量为50 mg/m L、pH值为4时,NaA/TiO_2对甲基橙的降解效果最好.NaA/TiO_2对有机污染物的降解效果依次为甲基蓝=刚果红>甲基橙>罗丹明-B,NaA/TiO_2循环利用5次,NaA/TiO_2对甲基橙的光催化降解率仍高达99.5%以上. NaA/TiO2 composites made from NaA and titanyltitanatewere prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. The photocatalytic activity of NaA/TiO2 was investigated by using methyl orange as simulated contaminants. The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange was investigated by the ratio of NaA/TiO2, the dosage of NaA/TiO2 and the pH value. The results show that NaA/TiO2 had the best photocatalytic degradation ratio when the mass ratio of NaA/TiO2 was 1:5, the dosage of NaA/TiO2 was 50 mg/m L and the pH value of methyl orange solution was 4. The degradation ratio of NaA/TiO2 towards organic pollutants is as follows: methyl blue = Congo red methyl orange Rhodamine-B. The photocatalytic degradation ratio of NaA/TiO2 to methyl orange was still more than 99.5% after five times of recycling.
