在为接受气管插管的慢阻肺患者拔管时应用盐酸右美托咪定的临床效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨在为接受气管插管的慢阻肺(COPD)患者拔管时应用盐酸右美托咪定的临床效果。方法:将近年来某院收治的58例COPD患者作为研究对象。将这58例患者随机平均分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行气管插管术。在进行拔管时,为对照组患者泵入微量的咪达唑仑,为观察组患者泵入微量的盐酸右美托咪定。然后,比较两组患者各项临床指标变化的情况及药物起效的时间和停药至麻醉苏醒的时间。结果:在用药后,观察组患者的HR(心率)、MAP(平均动脉压)、SPO2(血氧饱和度)、RR(呼吸频率)、PaCO2(动脉分压)等指标的变化较为平稳,对照组患者的HR、MAP、SPO2、RR、PaCO2指标的变化较大,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者药物起效的时间短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在为接受气管插管术的COPD患者拔管时,为其泵入微量的盐酸右美托咪定,可有效地保持其血流动力学指标的稳定,减轻其心血管系统的不良反应。
