摘要
针对汽车发动机端盖的工序及工艺性质,布置相应数量的主轴来满足其工艺要求,并在机器人末端安装夹具来夹持工件,以移动工件的方式来实现加工。在这种情况下机器人可自行在生产线上抓取工件,在不同的主轴工位上进行加工和完成上下料等工作。和数控机床的加工方式比较,节省了换刀时间,提高了效率,减少了设备投入的数量,也节约了能耗。
According to process amt technological properties of end cover in automotive engines, decorate a corresponding number of spindle to satisfy its technical requirements, and in the end of the robot iustallation fixture clamping workpieee, in a way that is moving the workpiece machining of a way nf cutting. In this case, the robot can grab the workpiece on the production line and process and complete the upper and lower materials on different spindle stations. Compared with NC machine tool, it can save time, improve efficiency, reduce the amount of equipment input, and save energy consumption.
