摘要
由于传统的传输带系统存在走线复杂、可靠性差、排障困难等缺点,提出采用PLC对传输带进行控制。介绍了三菱FX2N-48MT可编程控制器在传输带系统的应用。提出暂停、急停和保护的优化程序,保证系统的稳定运行。
Due to the shortcomings of the traditional transmission belt system such as complicated routing, poor reliability and difficult to remove obstacles, it is proposed to use PLC to control the transmission belt. This paper introduces the application of MITSUBISHI FX2N-48MT programmable controller in the belt system. The optimization program of pause, emergency stop and protection is put forward to ensure the stable operation of the system.
