摘要 为了避免塔吊在使用过程中常被频繁超重量、超力矩起升作业,以及租金拖欠和使用超时等现象,以QTZ63塔吊为研究对象,设计一种基于短信通信模块的远程监控系统。通过QTZ63塔吊远程监控的实际需要分析,对PLC型号、短信通信模块进行了选择,设计了系统的控制软件,可对塔吊进行远程监控和故障查询。测试结果表明,该系统性能可靠,可应用至现代塔机。 To avoid the phenomenon such as frequently super weight and torque lifting operation, overtime operation during tower crane use, a remote monitoring system was designed based on SMS communication module for QTZ63 crane. Through analyzing the practical need of QTZ63 tower crane remote monitoring, PLC model and SMS communication module were selected, and system control software was designed, which could realize remote monitoring and failure information query. The test proved that the system performance was reliable, which could be applied to modem tower crane.
