煤矿架空乘人装置防护设施的设计与应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 煤矿开采中,煤矿架空乘人装置是非常重要的运输设施,主要满足矿井地下长距离、大垂度运送人员的需求,能够实现长距离持续运输采矿人员的需求,因此该设备具有高效、安全以及易操作等显著特点。然而受煤矿作业环境的复杂及不确定性,在架空乘人装置的实际安装期间,常常会出现脱轮、打滑等问题,这对生产人员的生命安全构成严重威胁,因此必须根据采矿现场实际情况对装置进行优化改造,使用有效的保护装置,保证乘人安全装置顺利运作。简要分析了煤矿架空乘人装置的原理及掉道原因,然后具体探讨了装置防护设施的设计及应用,以供参考。 In coal mining, coal mining device overhead by people is very important for transport facilities, mainly to meet the mine underground long-distance transportation, large dip requirements, can achieve long transport mining personnel requirements, therefore the equipment has remarkable features such as efficient, safe and easy to operate. However is complex and uncertainty by coal mine working environment, during the actual installation of overhead by people device, often off wheel, skid and other problems, which pose a serious threat to the life of the production personnel security, so for instance of the plant according to the actual situation of mining site optimization, use effective protection device, ensure safety device running smoothly by people. This paper briefly analyzes the principle and reasons of the installation of the aerial passenger unit, and then discusses the design and application of the protective equipment for reference.
