煤矿机电管理是煤矿日常生产中一项重要管理内容,由于其管理水平将直接影响到矿井生产效能,因此为提高煤矿企业机电管理水平,研究了煤矿机电管理具体考核机制的建立与实施,以期有助于顺利达到各种预期管理目标,更好地保障煤矿企业的长期健康可持续发展。

Coal mine electromechanical management is an important content of the daily production in the coal mine, because its management level will directly affect the mine production efficiency, so as to improve the level of management of coal mine electromechanical enterprises, this paper studied the establishment and implementation of coal mine electromechanical management assessment mechanism of concrete, in order to contribute to the successful achieve the expected goal of management better, to ensure the sustainable development of the long-term health of coal enterprises.
