在对使用静脉留置针进行输液的患者实施护理时用标准作业程序进行质量控制的效果

Application effect of standard operating procedure in quality control of nursing for the patients accept transfusion by peripheral indwelling needle in vein

目的 :探讨在对使用静脉留置针进行输液的患者实施护理时用标准作业程序进行质量控制的效果。方法 :将2015年1月至2016年12月期间在乐山市人民医院使用外周静脉留置针进行输液的1626例患者作为研究对象。在2015年1月至12月期间收治的患者有810例,在2016年1月至12月期间收治的患者有816例。自2016年1月起,乐山市人民医院将标准作业程序应用于对使用外周静脉留置针患者进行护理的质量控制中。比较在实施标准作业程序前后,对使用外周静脉留置针进行输液患者实施护理的质量。结果 :实施标准作业程序后,敷贴出现卷边、对敷贴进行固定的方式不合理、穿刺处的血管内有血栓形成等护理差错的发生率均低于实施标准作业程序前(P<0.05)。在该院使用外周静脉留置针进行输液的患者其穿刺点发红、穿刺部位有渗液、静脉炎、导管堵塞的发生率均低于实施标准作业程序前(P<0.05)。结论 :在对使用外周静脉留置针进行输液的患者实施护理时,用标准作业程序进行质量控制的效果较为理想。

Objective To explore the application effect of standard operating procedure in quality control of nursing for the patients accept transfusion by peripheral indwelling needle in vein. Methods Select 1626 cases patients who accept transfusion by peripheral indwelling needle in vein in our hospital during January 2015 to December 2016.There are 810 cases of patients were treated during January to December 2015,816 cases of patients were treated during January to December 2016.From January 2016,we apply standard operating procedure in quality control of nursing for the patients accept transfusion by peripheral indwelling needle in vein. Compare quality nursing for the patients accept transfusion by peripheral indwelling needle in vein before and after standard operating procedure. Results After standard operating procedures, the proportion of patients occurred compress appears on the hem, no reasonable way to fix the application, thrombosis in the blood vessels at the puncture site,puncture site was not covered,no signature of the operator,under the application of hematopoiesis and percolation was less than that before（P 0.05）.The incidence of puncture point reddened, seepage in the puncture site, phlebitis, catheter obstruction are all lower than that before（P 0.05）.Conclusion Application effect of standard operating procedure in quality control of nursing for the patients accept transfusion by peripheral indwelling needle in vein is good.
