对接受肛肠外科手术的患者进行围手术期综合护理的效果探讨

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period for the patients accepted anorectal surgery

目的:探讨对接受肛肠外科手术治疗的患者进行围手术期综合护理的临床效果。方法:将2014年1月至2017年1月期间在四川省富顺县中医院肛肠外科接受手术治疗的1822例患者随机分为观察组和对照组(911例/组)。在两组患者入院后,均对其进行常规的基础性护理。在此基础上,对观察组患者进行围手术期综合护理。治护结束后,对比两组患者排尿、排便困难的发生情况、切口疼痛的程度及对护理服务的满意度。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者术后排尿及排便困难的发生率较低,其对护理服务的满意度较高,P<0.05。与对照组患者相比,观察组患者中术后发生切口Ⅰ级疼痛患者所占的比例较高,术后发生切口Ⅲ级疼痛患者所占的比例较低,P<0.05。结论:对接受肛肠外科手术治疗的患者进行围手术期综合护理可显著降低其术后排尿及排便困难的发生率,减轻其切口疼痛的程度,提高其对护理服务的满意度。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period for the patients accepted anorectal surgery. Methods： Randomly divided 1822 cases accepted annorectal surgery in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 in control group and experimental group（911 cases in each group）, treat 2 groups with conventional care, based on it, we treat experimental group with comprehensive nursing intervention. After treatment, compare the incidence of difficulty with bowel movements or urination, pain degree operative incision and satisfaction rate to nursing service. Results： Compare control group, incidence of difficulty with bowel movements or urination of experimental group is lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Compare control group, the proportion of patients with pain Grade I in experimental group is higher, the proportion of patients with pain Grade III is lower, satisfaction rate to nursing service is higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Adopting comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period for the patients accepted anorectal surgery will significantly decrease incidence of difficulty with bowel movements or urination, alleviating pain of operation incision, enhance satisfaction rate to nursing service of patients.
