摘要
目的:对比用急性胃穿孔单纯修补术和胃大切术治疗急性胃穿孔的效果。方法:选择2014年7月至2016年12月乐山市市中区人民医院收治的94例急性胃穿孔患者,对其接受治疗的情况进行回顾性研究。按照就诊的顺序,将这94例患者分为单号组(47例)和双号组(47例)。使用急性胃穿孔单纯修补术对单号组患者进行治疗,使用胃大切术对双号组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者的疗效、手术的用时、术中的出血量、住院的时间、术毕至首次下床活动的时间、并发症的发生率和病情的复发率。结果:单号组患者治疗的总有效率高于双号组患者,其手术的用时、住院的时间和术毕至首次下床活动的时间均短于双号组患者,其术中的出血量少于双号组患者,其并发症的发生率和病情的复发率均低于双号组患者,P<0.05。结论:与使用胃大切术治疗急性胃穿孔相比,用急性胃穿孔单纯修补术治疗急性胃穿孔的效果更好,患者在术中的出血量更少,在术后恢复的时间更短,并发症的发生率和病情的复发率更低。
Objective： To compare curative effect of simple gastric perforation repair and gastrectomy for acute Gastric perforation. Methods： Select 94 cases of acute gastric perforation treated in our hospital during July 2014 to December 2016,retrospectively research the material of the patients. Divide the cases in odd group（47 cases） and even group（47 cases）.Treat odd group with simple gastric perforation repair,treat even group with gastrectomy. After treatment,compare effective rate, operative time, bleeding volume during operation process, length of stay, the leaving bed time, incidence of complications and recurrence rate of 2 groups.Results： The total effective rate in odd group is higher than that in even group, operative time and length of stay in odd group are shorter than that in even group, incidence of complications and recurrence rate in odd group are lower than that in even group,P〈0.05. Conclusion： Compare with gastrectomy, effect of simple gastric perforation repair for acute gastric perforation is better, the patients accepted gastric perforation repair with less bleeding volume in operation process,and recovery time is shoeter, incidence of complications and recurrence rate are lower.
