用宫腔镜检查诊断异常子宫出血的效果分析

目的:分析用宫腔镜检查诊断异常子宫出血的效果。方法:将2011年1月至2017年6月期间泰州市第四人民医院收治的40例异常子宫出血患者作为研究对象。将这些患者分为观察组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。对对照组患者进行诊断性刮宫术,对观察组患者进行宫腔镜检查。比较对两组患者的病情进行诊断的准确率、术中的出血量、进行检查的时间、术后并发症的发生率。结果:用宫腔镜检查对观察组患者的病情进行诊断的准确率高于用诊断性刮宫术对对照组患者的病情进行诊断的准确率(P<0.05)。观察组患者术中的出血量少于对照组患者(P<0.05),其术后并发症的发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。两组患者进行手术的时间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用宫腔镜检查诊断异常子宫出血的效果较为理想。

Objective To investigate effect of application of hysteroscopy on diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods 40 cases of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from January 1 st 2011 to June 30 th 2017 were enrolled for research object. Divided the in the experimental group（20 cases）and the control group（20 cases）. 20 cases in control group were treated with diagnostic curettage, and 20 cases in experimental group accepted hysteroscopy examination. Compare accuracy rate of diagnosis, bleeding volume, duration of examination, incidence of complications of 2 groups. Results The accuracy rate of diagnosis in experimental group is higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The bleeding volume of experimental group is less than control group（P〈0.05）,incidence of complications in experimental group is lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）Conclusions.The effect of applying hysteroscopy on dia gnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding is good.
