摘要
科技金融可简单概括为投资机构利用各种金融工具向科技型中小企业投资的过程,其发展对我国经济转型有重要的战略意义。本文从政策环境、融资渠道、信息平台等几个方面分析我国科技金融的现状、与发达国家的差距,深入探讨了科技金融进一步发展的制约因素,并据此提出了对策建议。
Science and Technology Finance （STF） can be simply summarized as investment institutions which invest small and mid-sized technology-based enterprises with various financial tools. Its development has important strategic significance of economic development and improvement of living standards in China. By reviewing research literature of STF in recent years, we analyze current situation of STF in China from the aspect of policy environment, financing channel and information platform. We compare the difference between China and the developed countries and then analyze factors that hinder the development of STF. We offer some advice and proposals in accordance with above analysis.
