孕妇血清25羟维生素D与血清离子钙检测结果分析 被引量:4

Detection results of serum 25 hydroxy vitamin D and serum calcium in pregnant women

摘要 目的通过测定3 645例丽水市区孕妇血清25羟维生素D(25-OH-D)和血清离子钙(i Ca2+)水平,分析目前本市孕妇维生素D和血清离子钙的状况,预防妊娠期妇女维生素D及离子钙的缺乏对胎儿骨骼生长发育的影响。方法于2014年2月-2015年9月采集受试者血清后,采用化学发光法测定25羟维生素D,离子选择电极法测定离子钙。结果 2组维生素D缺乏的比率妊娠组为54.2%,对照组为42.3%,但妊娠组25羟维生素D严重缺乏率为35.7%,而对照组25羟维生素D严重缺乏率为1.65%。结论在妊娠妇女中普遍存在的25羟维生素D不足,但离子钙下降较为缓和,应加强25羟维生素D和钙的补充。 Objective Through the determination of serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D( 25-OH-D) and serum ionized calcium( i Ca2+) levels in 3 645 pregnant women in Lishui,to analyze the current status of vitamin D and serum ionized calcium in pregnant women,so as to prevent the effect of vitamin D and ionized calcium deficiency during pregnancy on the fetal bone growth and development. Methods From February 2014 to September 2015,serum was collected from subjects for the determination of 25 hydroxy vitamin D by chemiluminescence method and the measurement of calcium ion selective electrode method.Results The rates of vitamin D deficiency between the two groups was 54. 2% in pregnancy group and 42. 3% in control group,However,the severe vitamin D deficiency rate in pregnancy group was 35. 7%,which was 1. 65% in the control group.Conclusion The deficiency of 25 hydroxy vitamin D is common in pregnant women,but the decrease of calcium ion is comparatively mild. Vitamin D and calcium supplement should be strengthened.
