Objective To investigate the relationship of serum lipoprotein related phospholipase A2( PLA2) and s CD40 L with the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017,80 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography were selected as the research objects. The peripheral blood of patients was collected. The levels of PLA2 and s CD40 L in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and its relationship with the nature of coronary plaque and the degree of coronary artery lesion in patients with coronary heart disease. Results According to the median PLA2 and s CD40 L levels, they were divided into high level group and low level group. The results showed that soft plaque of PLA2,s CD40 L high level group were less than the low level group, and calcified plaque were higher than the low level group. Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship of PLA2 and s CD40 L with clinical characteristics of patients with coronary heart disease, and the results showed that PLA2 and s CD40 L had no significant correlation with gender, age, body mass index, which had positive correlation with the type of plaque, lesion count, degree of stenosis( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion PLA2 and s CD40 L in serum of patients with coronary heart disease are independent risk factors for cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease. It is of clinical significance to detect serum levels of s CD40 L and PLA2 in patients with coronary heart disease.
