目的通过对一起跨辖区食物中毒调查处置的报道,为相关部门处理类似事件提供借鉴。方法采用人群流行病学调查、危害因素调查、现场卫生学调查、实验室检测等方法对该起食物中毒进行诊断和分析,依据相关法律法规、规章规范等对其进行处置,并探讨其发生原因及处置要点。结果这是一起食用了某快餐企业提供的受副溶血性弧菌污染的外送快餐而引起的群体性跨辖区食物中毒事件,且处置过程存在不足。结论各部门要依据法定职责开展跨辖区食物中毒的调查处理,提升相关事件应对处置能力。

Objective To report the survey and disposal to a cross-jurisdictional food poisoning,and offer reference to treat similar events for relevant departments. Methods The diagnosis and analysis to this food poisoning was taken by the means of population epidemiological investigation,hazard factors investigation,scene hygiene survey,laboratory detection and so on,then the food poisoning was disposed according to the correlative laws,regulations,rules and criteria. And the causes of its occurrence and the main points of disposal were also discussed. Results It was a mass and cross-jurisdictional food poisoning event by eating deliverable snacks contaminated with Vibrio parahaemolyticus which was provided by a fast food enterprise,and there were some shortcomings in treatment process. Conclusion Each department should survey and treat the cross-jurisdictional food poisoning according to its legal duties,and upgrade the response and disposing capacities to relevant events.
