摘要
教师个人教学哲学是教师对教学目标、教学信念与价值的个人表达,与教师应承担责任、采用的教学策略与方法及具体的教学实践相联系。教学哲学陈述可以帮助教师的教学哲学得以明晰与外显,引领教师专业发展。从教师、学生和学校管理角度分析了教学哲学陈述的目的与价值,探讨教学哲学陈述须涵盖内容、遵循原则和相关策略,以期为教师教学哲学陈述的形成与发展提供方向与指南。
Teachers' teaching philosophy is their personal expression on teaching goals,teaching beliefs and values,which is related to responsibility teachers should take on,teaching strategies and specific teaching practice.The statement of teaching philosophy can make teachers' teaching philosophy clear and explicit,leading teachers' professional development.From the perspective of teachers,students and school management,this article analyzed the purpose of the statement of teaching philosophy,discussed the principles it should adhere to,the contents it covers and the related strategies,and provided guidelines for university teachers to form and develop the statement of teaching philosophy.
